Undergraduate

For the examination for admission to undergraduate cycle following documents are required (in an envelope folder):

1. Application for the admission to higher education. Applicants will indicate: type of education they want to compete (day free of charge, daily fee) for each undergraduate field of study;

2. birth certificate, certified copy;

3. marriage certificate, authenticated copy (for married candidates);

4. high school diploma or its equivalent diploma in the original; candidates who enroll in other areas of the baccalaureate degree will present legal copy. Stain Candidates are required to submit admission for all university courses with tuition in Romanian language proficiency Certificate / Certificate of knowledge of Romanian language specialist issued by the Department of University „Ovid” in Constanta;

5. medical certificate type MS 18.1.1., medical practices issued by school or family doctors – if necessary – to which they belong (showing that they are suited for field or specialization the candidate). Certificate shall be accompanied by the results of medical investigations on pulmonary radiology and blood serology (VDRL) performed at specialized outpatient clinics (issued not more than 30 days before the date of entry in the contest). Candidates with chronic diseases will present medical certificates covered by the Medical Committee for Education and Vocational Guidance county of Constanta. In those certificates will be mentioned – specifically – the degree weaknesses, depending on their location, according to medical criteria educational and vocational guidance, the Ministry of Health Order nr.427/1979. Declaring these conditions entail institutional consequences in force.

6. four color photographs, card type / identity card;

7. receipt of tuition payment or, where applicable, certificate or documentation showing why the exemption from registration;

8. if applicable, the certificate showing the student status (with or without charge) at a higher education institution public or private, the right of the entrance examination enrollment and baccalaureate degree or equivalent diploma in copy (original remaining first college).

9. certified copy of the identity card showing enrollment contest first undergraduate field of study (in which the candidate has surrendered the original) copy of the identity card authentication contest will be the secretariat of which is held faculty enrollment, authentication requires the stamp and signature of the head Technical Committee;

10. transcript or certificate (original or certified copy) showing averages obtained from the subjects mentioned as evidence of competition and average years of high school graduation (excluding media Baccalaureate) signed by the school and the round stamp of the institution.

11. for Roma candidates, the file will contain, besides the aforementioned documents, the following documents:

• Written recommendation of the President a legally established organization of Roma showing that the candidate belongs to this ethnic group, as a member of that organization is not taken into account;
• Certified copy of the judicial decision, stating the legal constitution of the organization;
• Affidavit that the candidate belongs to the Roma;
• Application of intent faculty specification and scope for which the candidate wishes to apply, application lodged at the rectory.

For Olympic record entry must be filled with documents proving the quality of Olympic Diploma original or certified copy – if you are two areas.

For candidates who have completed a college, complete this registration file:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the original;
• Diploma supplement transcript or university for the original;
• Certificate issued by the state higher education institution / private to specify the conditions of schooling – no fee / toll – the first field of the candidate.

For candidates of Primary and Preschool Pedagogy specialization, further studies, case registration must be completed by:

• College diploma institution in original;
• Diploma supplement transcript or original.

Masters Degrees

For the examination for admission to second cycle – Master’s Degree requires the following documents (in an envelope folder):

1. application form;

2. birth certificate, copy and certificate of marriage, legal copy for married candidates;

3. high school diploma or its equivalent degree, in original or certified copy (for candidates who are multiple specializations);

4. Bachelor in original or certified copy for candidates enrolling in several specializations, certificate of graduation for the class license exam 2011-2012;

5. diploma supplement transcript or university for the copy;

6. Medical certificate type MS 18.1.1., issued by school or dispensary medical practices territorial or enterprise – where appropriate – they belong (showing that they are fit for the candidate profile or specialization). Candidates with chronic diseases will present medical certificates covered by the Medical Committee for Education and Vocational Guidance county of Constanta. In those certificates will be mentioned – specifically – the degree weaknesses, depending on their location, according to medical criteria educational and vocational guidance, the Ministry of Health Order nr.427/1979. Declaring these conditions entail institutional consequences in force.

7. three color photographs ID type;

8. receipt of tuition payment or, where applicable, certificate or document (certified copy) showing the reason for fee exemption.
