1999-2000 | Government Decision no. 535/01.07.1999 | The Psychology and Special Psychopedagogy specializations were approved to operate full-time education, within the Department of Psychology and Teaching Staff Training of “Ovidius” University Constanta. |
2001-2002 | The Faculty of Psychology was set up and it had two specializations: Psychology and Special Psychopedagogy. | |
2002-2003 | CNEAA Decision no. 2122/11.11.2003 | The Faculty of Psychology expanded its educational offer by setting up the part-time education for Special Psychopedagogy specialization. |
2005-2006 | Government Decision no. 1710/15.07.2005 | The teaching activities run according to the requirements of the European System of Transferable Credits. The Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences expanded its educational offer by setting up the Social Assistance specialization, full-time education. The demise of theCollege ofSchoolteacher Training, short-term education, a new specialization, Pedagogy of Preschool and Primary School Education, emerged within our faculty. |
2007-2008 | ARACIS Commission approval | There were accredited the Psychology and Special Psychopedagogy specializations, full-time education. |
2010-2011 | ARACIS Commission approval | There was accredited the Social Assistance specialization, full-time education. |
2011-2012 | Article no. 193 of the National Education Act and Government Decision 789/2011 | The Bachelor’s Degree programs organized by the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences in the domains of Psychology, Education Sciences and Social Assistance were included in category B. |
2012 | Two Departments work within Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences: the Department of Psychology and Social Assistance and the Department of Teaching Staff Training. | |
